Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide a construction sheet having superior artificial moire pattern and design effect by molding PVC product in a special metal mold and printing the exposed surfaces with the foaming agent containing ink and UV hardening agent containing ink. CONSTITUTION:PVC molded product is set in a metal mold 3 having heating and cooling tube 2 in the inside and exposed the surface 4 to be printed. The exposed surface is printed with foaming agent containing ink and UV hardening agent containing ink by a photogravure off-sett printing machine, for example. After drying the ink by the UV irradiation, heating medium is supplied to a conduit 2 in a metal mold 3, maintaining the metal mold temperature 50-100 deg.C. Then passing through the drying chamber at 200-250 deg.C temperature for 1-3 minutes and letting the ink to be foamed, the designed pattern is formed. EFFECT:The shape of the molded product itself is unchanged after foaming and printing. Excllent in three-dimensionality.
