Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a miniature photo-receiver circuit with excellent noise characteristics by using a perceival coil. CONSTITUTION:An input applied from signal source 24 composed of a photo-detect ing element such as a pin photo-diode to parallel feedback amplifier 32 via capacitor 25 of Cd and perceival coil 26 of Lp of the photo-detecting element is passed through primary low-pass filter 33 to obtain an output signal. In this constitution, a deviation in frequency characteristics caused by perceival coil 26 is compensated by appropriately fixing various characteristics of the above-mentioned amplifier and low-pass filter. As a result, the whole circuit can be miniaturized it can also be applied to an apparatus desirably as miniature as possible such as a PCM repeater using optical fiber.
