CONSTITUTION:When reset switch 4 is in an off state and the sun light including ultraviolet rays is irradiated to photo transistor 1, a photo current is flowed. When this current is changed to a voltage by operational amplifier 2 to charge electrochemical element 3 through resistance 9, the silver density of the anode is reduced gradually to raise the anode voltage, and the irradiation quantity of the sun light converted to the electric quantity is integrated. When this irradiation integration quantity reaches a sunburn limit set previously and becomes a prescribed voltage value, amplifier 5 is turned on, and the gate of exclusive OR gate circuit 6 is opened, and the output of oscillator circuit 7 and the inversional output are applied to both ends of liquid crystal display element 8 which performs warning of sunburn, thus performing warning and display.
