Abstract

CONSTITUTION: The high-pressure gas feeder is connected to the flange 6 of the inlet A in the polymer distribution pipe 7. One of the flanges 8, 8', and 8" of the outlet B is opened and the others are closed. High-pressure gas is injected from the tank 16 into the pipe 7 via the reducing valve 15 to extrude the molten polymer from the opened flange. The flange is then closed to open another flange to extrude the polymer in succession. A cleaning liquid is introduced, distributed thoroughly and circulated to reduce the cleaning time and improve the operating efficiency of the spinning machine.
