The cooled secondary refrigerant in a secondary refrigerant heat exchanger 11 flows through a pipe 20, pump 15, and pipe 18 into a service-side heat exchanger 12, where it absorbs heat from the room air through the function of a fan 22. In heating operation, the combustion heat from a combustor 10 heats the heating medium in a heat exchanger 7 and a container 1. The refrigerant in the heat exchanger 11 evaporates, flows through a pipe 13 into a heat exchanger 12, where it releases heat to the room air and condenses into a liquid, and returns to the heat exchanger 11 via a pipe 14, pump 15, and pipe 17.
