Abstract

The oil chamber 4 is connected with the body 1 through the oil path 7 which supplies a small amount of lubricating and sealing oil to the body 1 at the operation. The second oil path 12 which is connected to the oil chamber 4 and opens into the suction port 19 in the top surface of the body 1 is provided to conduct a comparatively large amount of cleaning oil into the body, and the oil passes through the body 1 and is exhausted to the exhaust port 11 side eliminating the deposits.
