Abstract
PURPOSE: A cleaning tool comprising the gelatinous material in which water, a wetting agent and a gelatinizer and others are added to a polysaccharide as the major component and by which the foreign particle and others attached to the surface of the seal made of all the material.
CONSTITUTION: A mannan is kneaded with a mixed solution of water and an ethylene glycol (for about 15 minutes), then, after mixing a water solution of HCl of pH 2, further kneaded for 15 minutes, next mixed with the water solution of NaOH of pH 12 and kneaded for 20 minutes, then the material is poured into an aluminum metal vessel and heat treated for 2 hours with the hot water of 100°C, then after cooling, konnyaku similar material is attained. A mixing ratio of each component is determined as fallows, that is a mannan as a polysaccharide is 5 part by weight, water 95 part by weight, an ethylene glycol as a wetting agent 5 part of weight, a sodium hydroxide as a gelatinizer 5 part of weight and a salt as a rotting resistant agent 0.5 part by weight.
