Abstract

PURPOSE: To save labor in the terminal connection work through alternate cutting of short plate strips on which a specified number of drawing terminals are arranged in series and the ones out of which any one drawing terminal.
CONSTITUTION: With a downturn of a handle 10, an upper blade 24 is lowered to cut both side ends of a plate material off along the cutting line L2, thereby yielding a short plate strip on which a specified number of drawing terminals 2 are arranged in series. At the same time, as a cutter 25 moves down, detection pins 27a and 27b thereof is fitted into escape holes 17a and 17b passing through detection holes 4a3 and 4b3 on the plate 1 before the cutting line L2 and the upper blade 26 is engaged with the lower blade 16 at a discharge opening whereby any one drawing terminal is punch out of the plate 1. Then, the plate 1 is fed until it contacts a stopper. In the subsequent operation of handle 10, the detection pin fails to coincide the detection hole. In this manner, with the dropping of one drawing terminal, a plate can be produced.
