Abstract

CONSTITUTION: With a power source, there are connected in series a current setting resistor element R1, which is composed of a variable resistor element R1V and a fixed resistor element R12, and a voltage setting resistor element R2. The winding Ra of the armature to be measured is connected in parallel with the voltage setting element R2 through a meter and a commutator. A display device 10 includes an ammeter 11 and a variable resistor element B10V and further includes a resistor RM which takes the internal resistance of the internal resistance of the ammeter 11 into consideration. Thus, the incomplete conductive condition due to the deterioration in fusing at the connection between the armature winding and the commutator element can be easily and reliably extracted so that the reliability of the product can be improved.
