Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable large current to be supplied from a capacitor to the coil of a motor only when high speed second time is required by discriminating the subject luminance level and changing over the first and second power source device outputs.
CONSTITUTION: When a switch MSW is closed in an electromagnetically driven shutter device which is electromagnetically opened and close by an electromagnetic driving device, a constant voltage is generated from a constant voltage circuit 31 and the voltage corresponding to the subject luminance is generated in the output of an operational amplifier OP 1. When the subject luminance is high, a switching transistor TR 1 goes ON to supply power from a battery 30 to a DC boosting circuit 39, by which capacitors C1, C2 are charged. When the shutter is released in the state where this charging is completed, the charge amounts from the capacitors C1, C2 flow in the coil 9 of the electromagnetic driving device, whereby, the shutter opening and closing operations are accomplished. When the subject luminance is low, the operation level of the operational amplifier OP 1 does not rise and the boosting circuit 39 does not operate, thus the low voltage is supplied to the coil 9 from the constant voltage circuit 31.
