Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify the circuit constitution with omission of the reference oscillater except for the PLL reference oscillator by providing the selector to select 5KHz and 1KHz to the synthesizer for the SW (short wave) broadcast which occupies the channel space for 5KHz and 1KHz. CONSTITUTION:The output terminal of voltage control oscillator 31 is connectd to the mixer part of the SW broadcast tuner as well as to the input terminal of programmable divider 32. Then the output terminal of divider 32 is connected to one end of the input terminal of phase comparator 33, and the other end of comparator 33 is connected to the output terminal of reference oscillator 34 via selector 35. Then the output terminal is connected to the input terminal of oscillator 31 via low-pass filter 36. On the other hand, the 5-bit control data is supplied to the division ratio control data input terminal of divider 32 via divider circuit 38 and then detected by detector 37 to be applied to the control terminal of selector 35 as well as to the control terminal of circuit 38. In such way, the signals of 1KHz or 5KHz are obtained, simplifying the circuit constitution.
