Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the captioned film satisfactory in transparency and adhesiveness with a base material like paper by extruding a low density polyethylene and a low density polyethylene mixed with an adhesion assistant together to quenching and solidification. CONSTITUTION:An objective double-layer polyethylene is obtained through quenching and solidifying a fused resin film obtainable from extruding A) low density polyethylene and B) low density polyethylene mixed with an adhesion assistant like aromatic petroleum resin together. In this case, melt index for the component A is preferable at 0.4-5, mixing ratio of the adhesion assistant at 1-30 weight parts per 100 weight parts of resin, and water below 50 deg.C is preferable for quenching and solidification.
