Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a more simplified motor driving circuit without employing a phase inverter by turning a first switching element ON and OFF depending on a rotating-position-sensing signal and turning a second switching element ON and OFF depending on the sensed signal whose pahse is opposite.
CONSTITUTION: The rotating angle of the rotor of a motor is sensed by a Hall element 1 to which the operating current of the specified value is supplied from a power supply +V. An electromotive force is generated at the output terminals of the element 1 by the operating current and the magnetic flux of the magnetic poles of a rotor magnet. The positive and negative output terminals of the element 1 are connected to an operation amplifier 2, wherein is formed a current switching signal A, which is varied between high and low levels every 180° of electric angles. The signal A is supplied to the base of a transister TR T1 which is turned ON and OFF depending on the signal A. In this constitution, the more simplified motor driving circuit can be obtained without employing a phase inverter.
