Abstract

The branching and connecting part constituted in this way does not receive the effect of mode change, etc. at the time of branching the signal distributing to the axial symmetry in the optical fibers of the circular section and therefore in the case of branching and monitoring transmission signal levels in a measuring apparatus or the like, the reliability may be improved.
