Abstract

CONSTITUTION:The putty-like resin 8 made of a composition such as epoxy, polyester and silicon is applied on the end surfaces of the coil 1 wound round a winding core 9 with a spatula or a trowel, and said end surfaces are molded with a disc- shaped doubling plate. After resin molding 8, said coil 1 is pre-dried and said resin is cured. Next, said coil 1 is impregnated with a ultraviolet curing resin composition, and ultraviolet rays are applied on the circumferential surface 4 of said coil 1 being rotated at a fixed speed so that coat is formed through curing.
