Thus the joint of R1 and R2 is earthed via diode 60, and the time constant of the saw-tooth wave generating circuit becomes CR1 with the amplitude reduced. Thus no conduction is given to diode 60, and the time constant of the saw-tooth wave generating circuit becomes C(R1+R2) with the amplitude increased. In such way, the desired aural intermediate frequency and the vertical amplitude can be obtained through switching of switch S2, thus realizing the simplification of the constitution.
