Abstract
PURPOSE:To equalize the water contents within the respective gases not to generate a measurement error caused by the water contents by equalizing the dew point temperature of the respective gases at both moisture remover entrances. CONSTITUTION:The gas, which has been deprived of moisture through semipermeable film 12, sucked by a pump 13, passed through a cell 15A in an infrared rays gas analyser 15, is supplied the opposite side semipermeable film gaseous phase moisture remover 12a as purging dry gas through an air diffusion tube 17. Similarly the gas, which has been depribed of moisture, sucked by the pump 13a, passed through the cell 15B in the infrared rays gas analyser 15 to the opposite side semipermeable film gaseous phase moisture remover 12 as purging dry gas.
