The injection pipe 7 is held by means of spring rods 19 and the upper end portions of the rods 19 by elastic holding means using springs, etc. Pipe length between a metal fitting 15 of a fixing portion at the boiler wall side and a connecting portion 22 between a lower end of the injection pipe 7 and a feed pipe 12 for cooling water is sufficiently made long. Thus, displacement due to the heat of the injection pipe 7 becomes easy, and thermal stress is not generated at the connection portion 22 and the feed pipe 12 for cooling water.
