At the same time, the nozzle operating wire 11 is pulled and the tip of the nozzle 12 is located at the lower side than the boundary of the reflecting film 15. Then the three-way cock 4 is actuated and air or nitrogen gas is slowly injected. When the coating liquid 6 comes out from the tip of the nozzle 12, the wire 11 is adjusted and the handle is loosened. The nozzle 12 slowly rises upward up to the boundary surface of the reflecting film 15. After it is checked that the boundary surface is uniformly coated, the cock 4 closes. After that, the handle is loosened and the nozzle 12 in front of the wire 11 returns upward. Then by removing the exterior tube 1 from upward, coating is completed.
