Abstract

The watering can includes a supply pipe (1) provided with a rapid coupling device. A ball cock (2) is attached directly to the wall of the can (3) which can be of metal or plastic, ensuring that the supply is cut off when the can is full. The can may be used with the supply pipe trailing behind or in conjunction with a second can which is filling while the first is being used for watering. When the first can is empty, the pipe is then removed from the second to the first, the second can is then used for watering, and so on. The rapid coupling ensures that the changeover takes the minimum time.
