Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable high speed operation without giving effect on the operating speed of transistor, by abosrbing the voltage induced to the transformer by a Zener diode when the collector current flowing to the transistor is cut off. CONSTITUTION:A base current flows to a transistor TRQ10 when the power supply voltage +Vcc is fed. Thus, a collector current Ic flows through the primary winding N1 of a transformer Tr. An induced electromotive forcre VB is induced in the secondary winding N2 with this current Ic, and TRQ10 turns on with the positive feedback operation by the voltage VB. On the other hand, charge is stored in a capacitor C11, the current Ic is reduced when the voltage VB is decreased, a negative voltage is fed to the base of TRQ10 and TRQ10 is transferred to OFF-state. In this case, the spike voltage induced to TR is absorbed with Zener effect of a Zener diode DZ1. In this case, the diode DZ1 has only low resistance component and given so effect on the operating speed of TRQ10.
