PURPOSE:To enable to input large sized picture having an arbitrary size, by connecting each part picture smoothly with high accuracy, after tilt correction for each part picture of a large sized picture input with split. CONSTITUTION:The partial picture is scanned at the picture scanning section 100 and converted into digital signal and stored in the buffer memory 102 via the tilt amount detection section 101 sequentially.
