Abstract

PURPOSE: To detect the temperature of the same object with good heat responsiveness by sealing a thermistor and heat-sensitive thyristor in one metal case.
CONSTITUTION: A plate-form thermistor 1, a metal plate 12 which becomes one electrode terminal of this thermistors 1, and a heat-sensitive thyristor 5 having been resin-sealed are laminated subsequently from the bottom of a brass case 11. This metal plate 12 is so constituted as to be pressed toward the bottom of the brass case 11 by a spring 14. Hence, the thermistor 1 and heat-sensitive thyristor 5 are kept pressed to the bottom of the brass case 11. If this temperature detector is mounted to a vessel wall 18 and is dipped in the liquid 31 of a temperature T°, the temperature T° is readily transmitted to the thermistor 1 and heat-sensitive thyristor 5, thus the continuous temperature change is displayed by making use of the resistance temperature characteristics of the thermistor and the specified temperature is announced by making use of the temperature switching characteristics of the heat-sensitive thyristor. Hence, the temperature of the same object may be detected with good heat responsiveness.
