Abstract

The entire surface of the TiO2 3 and apart of the electrode wires 4 and 4' are covered with a coated glass layer 5. The covered glass layer 5 is composed of silicon dioxide 37W56mol%, boron oxide 24W27mol%, barium oxide 5W20mol% and aluminum oxide 4W15mol%.
