Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve a heat collecting efficiency by a method wherein a transparent glass tube is formed as a double structure of an inner and an outer tubes and a hollow portion therebetween is evacuated while a heat receiving plate is attached to an outer peripheral surface of a heat collecting tube inserted within the inner tube and a reflecting plate is provided inside of the inner tube at a side of the heat receiving plate.
CONSTITUTION: A transparent glass tube 5 is formed as a double structure consisting of an inner and an outer tubes 5a, 5b and a vacuum layer 6 is provided in a hollow portion between the inner and outer tubes 5a, 5b. A heat collecting tube 7 is inserted within the inner tube 5a and is supported by flanges 8a, 8b. A heat receiving plate 9 is secured to an optional place of an outer peripheral surface of the heat collecting tube 7 axially. Further, a reflecting plate 10 is mounted at a side of the heat receiving plate 9 of the inner tube 5a that means an inside of a lower half portion of the inner tube 5a. According to this method, most of incident solar beam 11 projected into the transparent double glass tube 5 is absorbed directly into the heat collecting tube 7 and the heat receiving plate 9. On the other hand, a part of the solar beam 11 projected against the reflecting plate 10 is reflected and reaches the heat collecting tube 7 and a back surface of the heat receiving plate 9 whereat the solar beam 11 is not arriving directly.
