Abstract
PURPOSE: To secure the early detection for the fault of the vaporizer as well as prevent the misalarming due to the fluctuation of the gas flow rate, by deciding the fault in case the value exceeding the allowance level of the changing factor of the shift mean value of the gas flow rate continues for a fixed time or longer.
CONSTITUTION: Gas flow rate F, temperature T and the signal of pressure P of the mother tube of the gas pipe line are taken into input take-in part 21. And the input value is converted at engineering converting part 22, and the corrected gas flow rate is obtained with correction given to the temprature and the pressure at flow rate converting part 23. This corrected gas flow rate receives the smoohting process by means of the shift averaging method at averaging/smoothing part 24, and the changing factor of the mean value is obtained at the changing factor calculating part. Furthermore, fault detection 27 is given at continuous time calculating part 26 in case the value exceeding the allowance level of the changing factor of the mean value continues for a fixed time or longer. Thus alarm 8 and operating indication 28 are given.
