Abstract
PURPOSE:In a sewerage instrumentation system, to optimize the operation of the rain pump by detecting the water level variation rate of the rain pump then comparing with the dangerous rate for said water level and producing the additional pump operation command. CONSTITUTION:The water level of a pump well 6 is measured by a water level meter 1 while the level variation is detected with predetermined interval through a water level variation detecting circuit 104, then a dangerous water level variation decision circuit 109 and a pump stopping water level variation decision circuit 110 are employed to determine the dangerous level variation for each pump well water level and the stoppable level variation rate for the pump 3. On the other hand, said level is corrected by an operating state correction dangerous level variation rate circuit 111 and an operating state correction pump stopping water level variation rate decision circuit 112 while using the output from a pump delivery calculating circuit 108 to provide the additional pump operating command 106 and the stopping command 107 thus to control the operation of the pump 3. Consequently the operation of a rain pump can be optimized.
