Abstract
PURPOSE: To make possible slurry forming and make discharge of slurry liquid easy by providing a slurry liquid discharge port to the central part of filter surface, tilting the filter surface, providing an agigating impeller likewise having an inclination to the bottom end of the central shaft and making vertical and turning motion.
CONSTITUTION: When a shaft 3 is moved downward at a fixed speed while being rotated, an agitating impeller descends while rotating, causing the filter cake accumulated on the filter surface to be gradually dug out from the surface by the agitating impeller thereby accelerating slurry formation. the filter surface tilts toward the slurry liquid discharge port 4. Since the agitating impeller also has an approximately similar inclination to that of the filter surface, the slurry formation may be sufficiently accomplished. The slurry discharge port 4 is at the central part of the filter surface and since the filter surface is inclined, the slurry liquid is perfectly discharged.
