Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve capturing efficiency of solids and prevent damages of pipes and valves by sending heating air to vapor flow channels to put vapor in a dry state and sending the same to a dust collector.
CONSTITUTION: Liquid form material being discharged from a supply pipe 7 stores between heating drums 3a, 3b. heating produces vapor which then flows from exhaust port 10 into pipe 11 and is admitted into a dust collector 12. The piping 11 is connected with a hot wind generator 13, the hot wind wherefrom puts the steam of the piping 11 in a dry state and sends it to the dust collector 12. In the dust collector 12, the vapor is separated to micro solids and gas, the solids being discharged through discharge pipe 14 onto a conveyor 8 and the gas being exhausted through exhaust pipe 15. The solids depositing on the surface of the heating drums 3a, 3b are removed by a knife 8 and are conveyed from a chute 5 via conveyor 6 to the intended place by means of common conveyor 9.
