CONSTITUTION:Receiving transmission request signals RS1-RSn, ready-for-sending signals CS1-CSn, and DC data SD1-SDn from respective terminals, selectors 211-21n provided corresponding to branch terminal equipments allows a center equipment to communicate with branch terminal equipment through gates 24 and 25 and a MODEM which is not shown in the figure. Now, while a terminal corresponding to selector 211 communicates with the center equipment, transmission request output RS1 of selector 211 sets any other selector and flip-flop 22n belonging to 21n in case of the figure via gate 23n and its set output inhibits selector 21n from operating, so that the transmission request, etc., from a branch terminal belonging to this selector will be cut off.
