CONSTITUTION:A PCM transmission line 3 of a DTI 2 connected to a time division network (TDNW) 1 constituting an electronic exchange system is connected to a digital distribution frame 4 and distributed to a PCM transmission line being a linewire, where a channel converter 5 is connected to connect directly its output with an output of other DTI 2 accommodated in the digital distribution frame 4 not through the channel converter 5. Thus, in using 1-15CH for outgoing trunks (OG) and 17-31CH for incoming trunks in the channel assign of the DTI 2, the 1-15CH are used for incoming trunk and the 17-31CH are for outgoing trunks in the channel assign of the DTI 2 via the channel converter 5 to coustitute the loopback link with the BTI 2 not through the channel converter 5.
