Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve volumetric efficiency by inducing oil seperated by an oil separator, to inject into a high pressure compression chamber for forcedly lubricating a compressor mechanism, thereby to reduce noise and leak of gas.
CONSTITUTION: An oil separator 4 separates oil, hereafter described as oil, which runs through a bypass pipe 6 extending from the bottom of the oil separator 4 and is intermittently injected into a high pressure compression chamber 8 in a cylinder 7 by turning a roller. Oil separated by the oil separator 4 cannot be fed into the cylinder chamber without passing through the high pressure compression chamber 8, thereby preventing reduction of oil head in the separator. Rich oil directly squeezed into the compression chamber is sufficiently lubricated for a compression mechanism consisting of a roller, vane, shaft and cylinder which are not illustrated in the drawing, thereby reducing noise. And resulting reduction of leaked gas may improve volumetric efficiency of the compressor.
