Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent irregularities in the dimension of a metal mold or the like due to the temperature fluctuation by providing a runner between a gate and a nozzle, and continuing the constant value control of a cavity pressure until the pressure at said runner increases to a predetermined pressure. CONSTITUTION:After placing a resin in a cavity 2, the inner pressure of the cavity is detected by a cavity pressure detector 17. On the basis of an output signal of the detector 17, the resin within the cavity is not defficient, and retained under pressure set beforehand in a range where the resin does not exude from the junction of the metal mold 1. At the same time, the pressure increases in a runner 4 provided between the gate 3 and the nozzle 5 is detected by a runner pressure detector 16. This detected value is compared on the basis of the output signal from the detector 17 with a preset value of the pressure increasing when the cooling of the gate part 3 advances until the resin within the cavity 2 does not counter flow, and after this detected value reaches the preset value, the oil pressure supplied to a hydraulic cylinder 9 is lowered.
