Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable high-speed forming of a film of high quality by a method wherein the film diameter of a melted film extruded from a round die is inflated up to a specified value under a cooling wind, then slenderized, and again inflated, thereby bubbles of the melted film is stabilized. CONSTITUTION:A melted film 2 extruded from a round die 1 in diameter of A is inflated along the 1st bubble stabilizing body 4 with the diamter B 1.2-2.5 times (preferably 1.4-2.0 times) larger than the diameter A under a cooling wind blown from an airing 3 along the extruding direction, and then is slenderized so that it touches the 2nd bubble stabilizing body 5 with smaller diameter C than the diameter B. After that, it is inflated again up to a desired blowup ratio and, after a frost line 6 being generated, is cured, thereby an inflation film being obtained.
