Abstract

PURPOSE: To efficiently treat the waste water marine products processing by a method wherein oil is removed by circulation pressurized floating sepration method and protein is removed by total-amount pressurized floating separation method at the isoelectric point.
CONSTITUTION: Solid in the waste water is removed by screen, the oil is removed by the circulation pressurized floating separation method, the protein is removed by the total amount pressurized floating separation method at the isoelectric point using a special line mixer and BOD is removed by a biological oxidation process. By adopting the above ciculation pressurized methods, circulation water requires only 20W30% of the amount of waste water, and there occurs no such problem as reduction of floating speed caused by fine particles of fats and oils which appear if a total amount pressurized system is used. The adoption of the total amount pressurized floating method using a special line mixer enables to supply sufficient amount of bubbles without increasing water amount. Furthermore, high efficinecy agitation force is effective in completing the coagulation reaction at the isoelectric point of the protein, and fine protein and SS particles can be coagulated with sodium polyacrylate and floated up as coarse flock.
