CONSTITUTION: Sliding members formed into specifically defined shape are subject to electrocasting using an electrocasting bath contg. soft metal such Sn, Ag, In, Pb, etc. or their alloy, or solid lubricant such as MoS2, boron nitride, graphite fluoride, etc. The process provides self-lubricating members having high accuracy and long serviceable self-lubricating properties.
