Abstract
PURPOSE: To accomplish an accurate length monitoring of the continuous sheet of cloth by measuring and indicating the length between the seams while the integration of the measured length between the seams connecting each lot is indicated and recorded.
CONSTITUTION: The clothes 1 and 2 of brand A and the clothes 3 and 4 of brand B are sewn together to form a continuous sheet having the seams 5, 6, 7 and 8. For example, a mark sensor 13 is provided in parallel with the seam detector 12 on the outcoming side of a bleaching equipment 23 with respect to the continuous sheet. The encoder 14 continuously generates the pulse signals in proportion to the running range of the sheet. The pulse signals are guided to the circuit 17 for counting the length measured between the seams to count th number of the pulse signals corresponding to the length of each cloth between the seams. The value counted is recorded in sequence with a display recorder of printing type for instance as the length measured corresponding to each seam. The length measured corresponding to each lot is also indicated by the lot-to-lot counting circuit 21.
