Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to repair or to exchange nozzles for spraying wiping gas quickly, by mounting hollow supporting cylinders, attached to the nozzles and headers for spraying wiping gas on the surface to be plated of a hoop, on the supporting frame of a plating bath tank. CONSTITUTION:One end of a hollow supporting cylinder 3 is connected to the header 2 of a nozzle 1 for spraying wiping gas on the surface to be plated of a hoop which is taken out of a plating bath tank 7. The other end of the hollow supporting cylinder 3 is connected removably through a quick joint 29 to a gas pipe. The hollow supporting pipe 3 is supported above and outside the plating bath tank 7 by the frame through a rotatable joint 25 rotatably and removably. This mechanism makes possible rapid and easy loading and unloading of the nozzle 1 portion alone in repairment or exchange of the nozzle 1.
