Abstract

PURPOSE:To find the propriety of a charged phase accurately by a system wherein an electric closed loop is forming by using a charged signal generating circuit of an ink jet printing unit and by providing the equivalent circuit having a constant equivalent to the circuit under the standard condition of the circuit thereof to compare the current wave forms of both circuits. CONSTITUTION:A closed loop circuit comprises the ink liquid column 13 injected from the head 1 of an ink jet printing unit, the ink jet particles 14 separated from the ink liquid column 13 thereof, a charged electrode 5 and a charged signal generating circuit 4 generating the signal charging the ink jet particle 14. Separately, the equivalent circuit having a constant equivalent to the circuit under the standard condition of said electric closed loop circuit by a resister R2, an electrostatic capacitor C1 and a resister R3 is provided to allow the wave form of the charged current of both circuits to compare by a differential amplifier 15. This enables to minimize the effect caused by mechanical vibration to find the propriety of the charged phase easily.
