Abstract

PURPOSE:To diffuse the ink in an ink chamber entirely and to feed the ink smoothly to obtain a picture with regurarity by a method wherein the periphery of a pipe having a plurality of outlets positioned in the ink chamber of the marked multi- nozzle head is covered with the resistance plate having the innumerable holes. CONSTITUTION:A multi-nozzle head for an ink jet printing unit comprises a multi- nozzle unit 10, a vibrating plate unit positioned in facing thereto and an ink chamber 10b. A plurality of ink outlets 8a are provided in one row for the pipe which feeds the ink to one or two ink chambers 10b positioned within the ink chamber 10b thereof to allow the outlet 8a to face to the direction not to cross with the vibration transmission range, further, the periphery of the pipe 8 being covered with the resistance plate 9 provided with the innumerable holes, diffusing the ink injected from the ink outlet 8a to the ink chamber 10b entirely, and eliminating the ink sediment within the ink chamber 10b.
