Abstract

PURPOSE:To make the product quality and tension uniform, by utilizing a linear magnetic field dependent upon a magnetic circuit magnet to give uniform tension to the film diaphragm. Material 8 is sucked downward by magnetic flux 9 of hole 3, and then, proper tension is given to diaphragm 4. However, since tension is given to the diaphragm through diaphragm support jig 10, this tension acts horizontally on diaphragm part 4a where a conductor pattern as moving coil 7 is provided. Since the magnetic field acting on the suction material is linear approximately, the suction material moves linearly vertically correspondingly to the magnetic field without vertical fluctuation of the position of the moving coil, so that approximately uniform tension can be given.
