Abstract
PURPOSE: To prevent the generation of water drops in a developing chamber and the leakage of smell to the outside by setting the preheating temp. in the developing chamber in correspondence to the liquid temp. in a developing gas producing vessel and operating the heater in the vessel upon reaching the preheating temp.
CONSTITUTION: The liquid temp. in a developing gas producing vessel 1 is detected 7 and the preheating temp. in the developing chamber 4 corresonding to the liquid temp. is beforehand set. The attainment of the set temp. in the chamber 4 by the heater 5 is detected 9 and the heater 2 in the vessel 2 is operated. In this way, the developing soln. supplied from a developing soln. tank 6 into the vessel 1 through a rectifying tower 3 is evaporated and the developing gas thus produced is detected 8 of its temp. at the outlet of the tower 3 and when the inside of the developing chamber 4 attains the specified developing temp. from the preheating temp., it is admitted into the chamber 5. Thus, the introduction of the developing gas (NH3 and steam) into the chamber 4 at the temp. higher than the temp. therein does not occur, hence the generation of water drops in the developing chamber and the penetration of NH3 thereinto and its leakage to the outside do not occur. The good development is thus accomplished.
