Abstract

CONSTITUTION: The liquid temp. in a developing gas producing vessel 1 is detected 7 and the preheating temp. in the developing chamber 4 corresonding to the liquid temp. is beforehand set. The attainment of the set temp. in the chamber 4 by the heater 5 is detected 9 and the heater 2 in the vessel 2 is operated.
