CONSTITUTION: (A) 99W40wt% of a metal-contg. ethylene copolymer having carboxyl gp. and metal salt gp. of carboxylic acid. in the molecule obtd. by partially saponifying a copolymer of ethylene and unsaturated carboxylic acid (ester) and then neutralizing the saponified product with an alkali, is mixed with (B) 1W 60wt% of carbon black graft polymer contg. carboxyl gp. and/or cationic salt gp. of carboxylic acid in which carboxyl gp. of a polymer of (meth)acrylic acid, maleic anhydride, etc. are partially converted to alkali metal salt and ammonium salt and the polymer contg. carboxyl gp. and cationic salt gp. of carboxylic acid is chemically bonded to carbon black.
