Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a cleaning agent for an apparatus having adhered polyamide capable of cleaning with a small quantity for a short time comprising a ethylene glycol or a benzyl alcohol a hydroxide of an alkali metal, or a mineral acid and water.
CONSTITUTION: Titled cleaning agent is a mixture comprising (A) alcohols, consisting of (a) an ethylene glycol expresse by the formula (wherein n is an integer of 1W4) and/or (b) benzyl alcohol, (B)(c) a hydroxide of an alkali metal, or (d) a mineral acid, and (C) water and prepared by mixing 1W20pts.wt. (B) and 10W 50pts.wt. (C) with 100pts.wt. (A). as (a), ethylene glycol is preferred; as (c), NaOH is preferred. Moreover, as (d), phosphoric acid, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid or the like are used.
