Abstract
PURPOSE: To enable to remove contaminated substance, such as fats and oils sticked on the wall face of heating cooking appliance of oven etc., by heating the surface of coating at a specific temperature after forming porous coating of silicone resin on the metal or metal oxide or oxidation reaction catalyst containing the mixture of the above metal or metal oxide.
CONSTITUTION: Porous coating of silicone resin is formed on the catalyst containing the mixture of metal, such as Rh.Pd.Pt etc. or metal oxide, such as of Ti.Zr.V etc., or both. Next, the surface of the above coating is treated by heat at 500°C or more. By the above method, water repellent property is removed from the silicone resin coating having oxidation catalytic action and aqueous contaminated substance is permeated and diffused in the inner part of the coating quickly and then, oxidation reaction is accelerated and moreover, the contaminated material is able to remove from the surface of the coating automatically.
