Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify the manufacturing process while to shorten the manufacturing time and to improve the positioning accuracy of color filter, by eliminating the filming process of glass substrate while changing the process after jointing process of filter in consideration of the heating temperature. CONSTITUTION:A transparent glass plate is polished to produce a glass substrate 1' then a conductor wiring 7 and a signal pickup section 8 to be connected to said wiring 7 are formed through Cr, Au vacuum deposition. Thereafter a glass 5 is accumulated on the wiring 7 and a Nesa film 2 is applied. Then the substrate 1' and a stripe filter 13 formed on the glass plate 12 are connected and secured. Here the filter 13 and the wiring 7 are positioned to be in predetermined relative position. When changing the process after jointing process of filter in consideration with the heating temperature, the process is simplified and the manufacturing time is shortened resulting in the cost reduction and the quality improvement.
