CONSTITUTION: Endothermic fins 53 are formed in such a manner that tongue pieces c, d are made up among long cut lines a and adjacent long cut lines a by forming short cut lines b, which divide portions among the said long cut lines a into two equal portions, at regular intervals toward the center from the fringe in an outer fringe portion of a disc, and tongue pieces 532, 533 are built up by alternately tilting and raising and letting fall the tongue pieces c, d up and down.
