Abstract

PURPOSE: To easily perform the repair work of an oceanic structure in the sea water, by enclosing water-tightly a place to be repaired with a use of mold frame, then pumping out the water in the mold frame to decrease a pressure, further filling a resin of good fluidity into the mold frame and then press filling mortar into the mold frame to displace the resin in the mold frame.
CONSTITUTION: Firstly onto a damaged portion B, a water-tight mold frame 1 is placed. A watr filling and pumping out hose 2 and air blowing and pressure reducing hose 3 are connected to said mold frame 1. Simultaneously the mold frame 1 is water-tightly installed to the damaged portion B by using an epoxy resin. Then on a deck of an oceanic structure A, a drain pump 5 is connected to the hose 2 to pump out the accumulated water in the mold frame 1 and then a blower 6 is connected to the hose 3 to dry the inside of the mold frame 1. Nextly a vacuum pump 7 is connected to the hose 3 to reduce the pressure in the mold frame 1. After filling the epoxy resin into the mold frame 1 from a filling port 8 connected to the hose 2, the mortal is press filled into the mold frame 1 by a pump 9 connected to the hose 2, thus the damaged portions B can be repaired.
