Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance the working efficiency by ocnducting a current through an impregnated coil, heating it from the inside, rotating the coil with its surface being illuminated by a far infrared ray, and expediting the hardening of the resin. CONSTITUTION:A raw coil 1 is impregnated by epoxy resin together with a winding core 13 in a vacuum. Then, a rear shaft 15 is inserted, set at a horizontal level, and rotated at about 40RPM, with its outer surface being illuminated by a far infrared ray. The coil conductor is conducted and heated from the inside. The current flowing through the coil is adjusted and the heating is controlled. In this method, the resin can be quickly hardened, and the working efficiency can be enhanced.
