Abstract
PURPOSE:To make uniform the furnace temperature and obtain products of high quality, without requiring cooling, by providing a shielding door not requiring vacuum seal in the partition device of divided chamber. CONSTITUTION:A heating chamber 1 is divided into a heat treatment or brazing chamber 1a and at least one or more preheat chambers 1b. A door chamber 12 is integrally fitted to one side wall of this furnace body in vacuum, airtight state. A moving frame 15 having a guide roller 14 rolling on a guide rail 13 secured to the inner wall of this chamber 12 is movably provided, and, in order to optically shield the opening 16 of the heating chamber 1, a shielding door 11 larger than the opening 16 is integrally fitted to the furnace body side of the movable frame 15. The chamber is thus divided by a partition door device 10 so as to open and close the opening part 16 by moving the shielding door 11 together with a frame 15 through a door driving device 17 linked to the anti-furnace side of the frame 15.
